Client Meet & Requirement Gathering

We start with an in-depth discussion to understand your lifestyle, preferences, budget, and timeline. We visit the site, take measurements, and note all existing conditions.

  • Clear understanding of scope, site condition, and client expectations.
  • Discuss about the Type of property, scope, Style preference
  • Discuss about the Style preference like modern, minimal, and traditional
  • Discuss about the scope for renovation, new interiors, specific services like kitchen, electrical, mandir, living area etc.
  • Site visit to take photos and videos, measure roms, heights, openings
  • Prepare a Project Brief Document

Conceptual Design & Approvals

Our team creates 2D layouts, mood boards, and 3D visuals based on your brief. We present the concept, discuss revisions, and finalize the design once you approve the look, feel, and functionality.

  • Create and finalize the design direction before any commercial commitment for build.
  • Develop 2D space plans for Furniture layout
  • Develop 2D space plans for Zoning like living, dining, sleeping, utility, etc.
  • Develop 2D space plans for Circulation & ergonomics
  • Create concept boards for Color palette, Style references, Material & finish ideas
  • Prepare 3D visuals for Living room, kitchen, bedroom, etc.
  • Present the concept to the client to explain layout logic and Show 3D views & material options.
  • Final Concept Approval to client signs off on layout, style, and key materials

Commercial Closure for Build

After design approval, we share a detailed estimate with itemized costs for design, materials, and execution. Once the commercial terms and scope are agreed upon, we sign the work order and schedule the start date.

  • Signed agreement, approved budget, payment schedule, and confirmed start date.
  • Prepare a Detailed Estimate to Design fees
  • Itemized costs for civil work, electrical, plumbing, flooring carpentry, painting & finishes
  • Share the Quotation & Scope Document with the client
  • Discussion & clarification for about to explain eash cost head
  • Sign Work Order and Agreement
  • Collect advance payment as per agreed terms

General Contracting & Execution

Our in-house and trusted vendors handle civil work, electrical, plumbing, flooring, carpentry, painting, and installations. We manage all coordination, quality checks, and site supervision.

Project Deliverables & Quality Checks

Before handover, we conduct internal quality checks against the approved design and scope. All deliverables — drawings, warranties, keys, and documentation — are prepared and verified.

  • A fully checked, cleaned, and documented project ready for formal handover.
  • Check all civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting work
  • List any defects or touch-ups needed
  • Deep cleaning of floors, glass, fixtures, carpentry
  • Prepare deliverables As-built drawings
  • Warranty cards / invoices for key items
  • Appliance & accessory manuals
  • Any maintenance instructions

Handover & After-Support

We walk you through the completed space, explain all systems, and share necessary documents. Any minor touch-ups or snag points are closed promptly, and we provide after-support as agreed.
